- Produce thought leadership reports for industry summits
- Design sustainable innovation ecosystems for climate resilience
- Mentor emerging futurists through Horizon's incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies
- Published research on long-term trend analysis
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex insights into executive strategy
