Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with actionable insights for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Advance Horizon's IP portfolio through patented foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CF foresight program)
