Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce annual Horizon Report detailing emerging market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity and human augmentation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through AI-powered trend detection systems
- Design resilience protocols for quantum computing and decentralized infrastructure transitions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal interpretation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
