Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive technological shifts
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups for strategic acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Present future technology frameworks at global conferences including Web Summit and CES
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and user experiences
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting technological adoption timelines
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports distributed to Fortune 500 leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on future tech
- Experience advising boards on technological disruption and transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
