Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies with 3-5 year strategic impact (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop human-centric innovation frameworks for next-generation products/services
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with 2026 realities
- Author white papers and trend reports disseminated to Fortune 500 leadership
- Design scenario-planning models for global market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and nurture disruptive startups
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and exclusive future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier innovation consultancy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (AI/ML, Quantum, Neurotech, Climate Tech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofed strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex futures
