Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for long-term planning
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
