- Develop future-proof product roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite teams
- Present disruptive scenarios to stakeholders and investors with data-backed narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market readiness
- Partner with academic institutions to identify breakthrough research opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
