Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published at Davos and MIT Media Lab
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with governments to shape policy for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Mentor a global cohort of futurists through our Nexus Future Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and paradigm shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioner Network)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
