- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon as the voice of 2026 innovation
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA initiatives
- Quantify ROI of futuristic investments through proprietary foresight analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in futures studies with 50+ citations in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record executing $50M+ transformational initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, System Dynamics modeling)
- Experience advising governments on 2030+ national innovation strategies
