- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Build proprietary trend-sensing algorithms using alternative data sources
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published author in foresight or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
