Responsibilities
- Forecast socioeconomic, technological, and environmental trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for global systems (energy, healthcare, urbanization)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and policy briefs for government and Fortune 500 partners
- Curate an annual 'Future Horizons' summit with 500+ industry leaders
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Matrix™ methodology
- Identify and partner with emerging startups solving 2026's critical challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or policy development
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI governance, climate adaptation, or bioethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and scenario modeling software
