Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in Web3, neurotech, and climate tech
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in industry whitepapers and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology forecasting
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or technology disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
