- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for futuristic concepts (e.g., quantum AI applications)
- Represent InnovateHorizon at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate adaptation, demographic shifts, AI governance
- Track record of influencing C-level decisions through evidence-based future projections
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
