As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate tech architects to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. Your work will directly influence our R&D pipeline, investment strategies, and product development cycles for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework integrating technological, social, and economic trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech disruptions (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces) against market readiness
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scenarios with probabilistic impact assessments for board-level decision-making
- Architect 2026 Tech Roadmaps for autonomous systems, climate resilience, and human augmentation domains
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into innovation sprints with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish KPIs for futuristic readiness across organizational functions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 2020-2025 roadmaps
- Expertise in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published research on emerging tech disruption patterns or societal transformation
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4 strategic analysis, predictive modeling)
- Experience with quantum computing and neurotech ecosystem mapping
- Portfolio showcasing future-state prototypes or horizon scanning frameworks
