Responsibilities

- Develop future-proofing frameworks for enterprise operations, risk management, and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities and threats across emerging markets and technologies
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-proofing principles into product development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026+ scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
