Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-positive solutions
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in our Palo Alto and Boston innovation hubs
- Forecast market disruptions and competitive threats using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Drive strategic partnerships with governments and Fortune 500 companies for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members using immersive VR presentations
- Oversee patent development for 50+ emerging technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact (e.g., quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
