Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) through market research and data modeling
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for C-level executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Produce executive trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Advvent on venture capital investments in frontier technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
