Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive future-strategy roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs for long-term planning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to build organizational resilience against unknown variables
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into core business decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-warning signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
