Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives on disruptive technologies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning client operations with 2026 technological capabilities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Present strategic recommendations at global industry forums and client summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
