Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends through 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and predictive analytics reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent NextGen at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
