Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author executive-ready foresight reports with predictive modeling and visual storytelling
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation practices while navigating emerging regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with compelling narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
