Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and market disruption scenarios post-2025

- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging risks and opportunities in AI, climate tech, and space commercialization
- Design innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology applications
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Establish KPIs for tracking 2026 milestone achievements and adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (e.g., CFCS)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning within tech, aerospace, or biotech sectors
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
