Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market shifts
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scans' identifying disruptive technologies and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize long-term innovation portfolios
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and tech disruption scenarios
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record translating future trends into business value
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or social sciences
