Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in top industry journals
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at tech/futurism events
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Exceptional ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
