Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology, economic, and social shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership on metaverse, quantum computing, and AI ethics implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech investments and regulatory landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on technological disruption or scenario planning
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research preferred
