Responsibilities

- Architect cross-industry innovation frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Analyze exponential technology trajectories (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor a team of future-focused researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in predictive analytics and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or similar foresight methodology
