As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to build actionable roadmaps for next-generation breakthroughs. This role offers unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge projects with global impact.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives on emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with predictive insights on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive insights
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures work with tangible business impact
