Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and sustainability experts
- Identify emerging tech trends and commercialization opportunities across 15+ industries
- Secure partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 companies for pilot programs
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with direct experience in future-tech commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with published research
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing architecture, and circular economy models
- Strong network with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
