- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual 'Futurescape' whitepapers read by 50K+ industry leaders
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking long-term trend evolution
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum events
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Track record of influencing C-level decisions through data-driven narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
