Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and investor groups
