Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor emerging tech talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies (blockchain, AI, quantum)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Expertise in developing tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
