Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in quantum/AI integration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futuristics or 15+ years industry innovation
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging tech trends
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and neuromorphic computing
