Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product evolution and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and AI ethics
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends with enterprise transformation potential
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks and competitive advantage strategies
- Present visionary technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products with market impact
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and technology lifecycle management
- Certifications in Futurology, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
- Experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
