Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for technological disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype solutions for 2026+ challenges
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing successful long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and boards
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (e.g., CFMP, CFS)
