Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and disruption risks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical shifts affecting technological adoption
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal futurism training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industrial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for influencing executive teams and stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment
