Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping decentralized infrastructure solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT Media Lab on annual future-tech symposiums
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for pilot projects
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years experience in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to 10M+ user bases
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech roadmaps implemented
