Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI neural networks, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption (2026-2030)
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and prioritize breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
