Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology foresight strategy aligned with market disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for emerging tech scouting
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance post-2025
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech ecosystems in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (AFS or equivalent)
