Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, and neuro interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product launches aligned with market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Oversee incubation of experimental technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Innovate Tomorrow as the future's architect
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
