As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and market positioning for the next generation of breakthrough technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR, climate tech) and commercial viability
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive innovation and risk mitigation
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into development pipelines
- Represent company at global tech conferences and foresight forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, CFTe) preferred
