Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published 20+ papers on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
