Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Applied Physics with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AGI
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures to unicorn status
- Security clearance for classified government tech projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
