- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, or metaverse economics
- Published thought leadership on future tech implications (IEEE, MIT Review)
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurology, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
