Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in post-quantum security
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT on 2026 climate tech breakthroughs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record in deploying AI at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure certified)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with biotech-AI convergence projects
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnerships
