Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 milestones across quantum computing, AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Create executive-level roadmaps aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and market demands
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and trend analysis labs
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning, emerging tech adoption, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology projects with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, technical, and operational teams
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
