Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with 2026 business objectives
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory changes impacting future tech deployment
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders including investors and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-generation autonomous systems
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026-ready solutions in controlled environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACFS preferred)
