Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across global markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG objectives
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech ROI and ethical implementation
- Represent company at futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and validation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (HBR/IEEE/MIT Press)
- Certified in Tech Ethical Governance (TEG) and Quantum Strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- PhD in Futures Studies or equivalent interdisciplinary research
