- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
- Drive internal culture of technological experimentation and risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
