Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027) to create strategic foresight reports
- Develop patentable technology frameworks for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify acquisition targets in deep tech
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in exponential technology methodologies
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research in technology forecasting or future studies
