- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize futurist insights into product development
- Produce high-impact trend reports for global stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at premier tech foresight conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management
- 5+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist work products (trend maps, scenario decks)
